Juggling motherhood, business, and two fur babies like it’s my second job… oh wait, it is! 💁‍♀️

For the past few years, I’ve been renting a suite for my business, and while it was great at first, let’s just say things took a drastic turn when I had my baby last year. My work-life balance? Yeah, that’s been completely tossed out the window. My partner is grinding away in school full-time to become a nurse practitioner while working full-time as a nurse. Meanwhile, I’ve been over here trying to run a business, raise a baby, and care for two dogs like some kind of superwoman. And trust me, it’s been a lot to handle. I’m still figuring out how to juggle everything—honestly, some days feel like I’m in a circus act, but I’m rolling with it.

After a lot of thought and a few emotional breakdowns, I decided to bring my business home. The flexibility is exactly what I need, and it’s time to switch gears and take control. When I went on maternity leave, I lost a ton of clients—only keeping a few of my original ones. It hurt, no lie, but it was a massive reality check. People don’t always show up for you the way you think they will, and that’s a tough pill to swallow. But you know what? It made me stronger and more determined to keep going. Some lessons are painful, but they’re worth it in the long run.

Despite all the ups and downs, I’m beyond grateful for the loyal clients I still have. And let me be clear: I’m not backing down. My focus is on growth—personal growth, business growth, and just becoming the best version of myself while I tackle this whole motherhood and entrepreneurship thing. It’s not easy, but I’m here for it. I’m ready to crush this next chapter and take my business to places it’s never been. Watch out, world—I’m coming for it!
